1. Digital products, including e-books, downloadable workbooks, journals, online courses, templates, and other digital content, are non-refundable once they have been purchased or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem.
2. Printedbooks and physical products:
If you receive a printed book or other physical product that is:
please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
3. CounselingandTrainingServices
Fees paid for counseling sessions, coaching, workshops, or training programs are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
Requests for cancellation before the scheduled service may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Order Cancellations:
Orders for physical products may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Refund processing:
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
